We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to create engaging and visually appealing shopping experiences that drive sales and revenue for our clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand values and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience in an Area or Regional Visual Merchandise Manager role within a clothing retailer
• Computer literate with high proficiency in PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising Strategy

• Lead store teams to execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and align with brand objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually compelling displays that attract customers and drive sales
• Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring compliance across all stores in the region
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies

Team Leadership & Development

• Train and coach store managers and store crew on visual merchandising techniques and standards
• Manage and lead a team of visual merchandisers across multiple locations, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and development support

Execution & Display Management

• Execute visual merchandising displays according to established guidelines to maximise visual impact
• Maintain and update displays regularly to ensure they remain fresh, relevant, and on-trend
