Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 per month CTC (Negotiable), Pension, Cell Allowance, Car Allowance, Car Insurance
The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Relevant experience in the packaging industry preferred
- Implementing policies and guidelines issued by the Executive Committee
- Defining business objectives through budget and strategic planning
- Monitoring company performance and ensuring achievement of set objectives
- Reporting on financial results
- Establishing organizational structures, resources, procedures, and controls to meet goals
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Recruiting, motivating, and training competent staff to achieve company objectives
- Maintaining harmonious human and industrial relations
- Collaborating with the Sales Team on marketing and sales strategy, including market analysis
- Optimizing working capital and cash flow to meet budget targets
- Driving strategic planning and new business initiatives
- Managing approved reporting structures per Annual Operating Budgets
- Expanding sales through existing and new customers, markets, and budgets
- Negotiating with suppliers and agencies
- Ensuring shareholder profits align with agreed targets
- Making company decisions within established authority limits
- Submitting Annual Operating and Investment Expenditure Budgets for approval
- Appointing and delegating responsibilities to immediate subordinates
- Setting pricing strategies and delegating pricing authority
- Leading negotiations with key suppliers and finalizing supplier agreements
- Evaluating purchasing specifications and selecting suppliers based on criteria
- Submitting salary adjustments for approval by the Group CEO
