Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail administration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with frontline procedures including EFT, cheque processing, prepaid cellular services, and other value-added services
- 2 years’ experience working with SAP
- 2 years’ experience in a regional office environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Assertive with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with figures and financial data

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with stores and customers
- Liaise with banking institutions regarding financial transactions
- Log and scan voucher requests on a daily basis
- Perform general filing and mailing tasks
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Reconcile daily store EFT and value-added service payments and resolve discrepancies
- Assist customers with telephonic queries related to EFT and value-added services
- Liaise with third-party service providers when required
- Provide general administrative support to the department
