IT Specialist, Systems, Healthcare – DSV Vacancies

Main Purpose of the Role
The IT Specialist is responsible for the administration and management of the Nimbus system, ensuring efficient user access, process mapping, workflow creation, and system reporting. This role supports business operations by maintaining system integrity, facilitating process changes, and providing reports and training to end-users and process owners within the healthcare environment.

Job Related Requirements

• Qualification in Business Analysis
• Experience in process mapping and business analysis
• System administration experience is recommended

Computer Literacy Level

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• MS SQL (Reporting)
• System administration knowledge (Tibco Nimbus advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities

System Administration

• Allocate correct administration levels to internal and external users in the Quality Manual System
• Maintain the electronic QMS, coordinating with vendors for software upgrades and system improvements

Process Administration

• Ensure all Change Management tasks are completed within SLA
• Map new processes within the system according to SLA requirements
• Monitor and escalate overdue Change Requests and monthly acknowledgment reports
• Review user groups with process owners
• Ensure annual process and document reviews are completed accurately
• Execute ad hoc projects for other departments or business units within SLA
• Create documents and processes according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with Management of Change procedures
• Manage nonconformities and CAPAs effectively

Other Duties

• Generate and provide reports to business stakeholders as required
• Support users with locating processes, documents, and system access
• Deliver training to Process Owners and end-users as needed
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards of customer service and support to all users
