Job Purpose:
This internship provides graduates with practical, hands-on experience in Retail Marketing across Clothing, Footwear, Home, FMCG, Cellular, and Financial Services sectors. Join a dynamic team and develop skills in brand strategy, communications, advertising, content creation, research, customer insights, and data analytics, while contributing to Pep’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support brand strategy, development, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with advertising, content creation, and social media initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyse customer insights, and support data-driven marketing projects.
• Participate in marketing and communications projects to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing objectives and deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

• N4–N6 Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing Management or a related qualification.
• South African citizen, aged 18–33.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Resilient, emotionally mature, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and passion for advertising.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
