Requirements:
- Grade 12 with strong computer literacy
- 5-7 years of external sales experience in the flexible plastics industry
- Knowledge of extrusion processes and the plastics industry
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans or Zulu is a plus)
- Self-motivated with high work ethic and ability to work independently
- Proven track record of generating leads through cold calling and closing sales
- Willingness to travel within Gauteng and occasionally outside the province
- Ability to collaborate with sales, production, and technical teams
- Strong self-management and teamwork skills
- Stable employment history
- Familiarity with Nelspruit and surrounding areas
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key blue-chip accounts
- Expand customer base in line with company objectives
- Manage assigned sales territory and maintain customer activity records
- Submit weekly sales and customer activity reports
- Handle sales-related admin including invoicing, quotations, and back-order reports
- Support branch operations (e.g., stock takes, admin tasks) when needed
Salary & Benefits:
- R20,000 – R25,000 per month (CTC, negotiable)
- Commission, pension, call allowance, car allowance, and car insurance
