STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, managing stock effectively, and executing promotions.
• Minimise stock loss through a positive store culture and adherence to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company policies and guidelines.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in business or retail management) is advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
