Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2–3 years of frontline, face-to-face customer service experience
  • Willingness to transfer between stores as needed

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Champion Customer Experience

  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service daily
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and with care
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers and colleagues to enhance service delivery

Maintain Store Excellence

  • Ensure flawless execution of Store Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct regular audits and address areas of non-compliance
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and store presentation

Communicate and Connect

  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with customers
  • Share success stories and key updates across internal and external platforms, including local newsletters

Develop and Empower People

  • Deliver customer service training that builds confidence and performance aligned with SOPs
  • Collaborate with management to achieve team development goals

Administration & Projects

  • Manage administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects, including developing project plans and timelines

Lead with Purpose

  • Drive social responsibility initiatives that positively impact your community
  • Take ownership of your performance and development through proactive leadership and accountability
